Client experiences
Working with Wesley.
From Wesley’s work with legal professionals, in their own words.
AI-assisted appellate drafting
“Working with him made the process more efficient, and we saved valuable time with his help.”
Read Lisa’s full testimonial
“My team hired Wesley for drafting support on an appellate brief, and we worked side by side over Zoom. His knowledge of AI is superb; he is truly an expert in the field. Working with him made the process more efficient, and we saved valuable time with his help.”
ChatGPT coaching
“Then we installed the desktop app and connected it to my email. That took the value to another level.”
Read Steve’s full testimonial
“Wesley helped me get far more value from ChatGPT in my work as general counsel. Our company already had an enterprise subscription, but hardly anyone was using it. He walked me through choosing the right model and reasoning settings, which made it much more useful. Then we installed the desktop app and connected it to my email. That took the value to another level. I highly recommend Wesley’s hands-on AI coaching to lawyers and legal teams who already have access to ChatGPT and want practical help putting it to work.”
What makes the difference
AI needs access to your work to help with your work.
For your business, AI is only as useful as the information and tools it can work with. Your emails provide context. Your files hold the details. Your software is where the work gets done.
Give it the context.
Connect the relevant email, files, templates, and project information so Claude can work from your actual business.
Give it tools to act.
Set up supported connections so you can find information, create documents, and update work from the same conversation.
Teach it the process.
Use instructions and skills to carry your preferred steps, examples, and formatting into the next task.
The setup brings these together on your computer. We connect what you need, test a real task, and practice until you know how to use it.
Where supported, Claude Desktop can also work with files on your computer and your browser—so you can direct the task and review the result in Claude.
Available connections and actions depend on your software, AI account, and permissions. We confirm the tools for your session; you review work before it is sent or shared.
Your inbox. Your files. One conversation.

Ask your AI
“Find the latest discovery notes in my connected project folder and the client’s email about scope. Use my proposal template to create a Word draft and save it in the proposals folder. Flag missing details and don’t invent fees or commitments. Show me the draft before anything is sent.”
An example of what we could build together. After booking, we agree on one achievable workflow using the tools and access available in your account.
Learn while we set it up
Know what the tools do—and how to use them.
We’ll install what your workflow needs and use it together. You leave knowing how to ask Claude to find information, do the work, and show you the result.
Connectors
The connections to your email, files, and other software. They let AI retrieve information and, where supported, take actions in those services.
Try: “Find the latest project update in my email and shared drive.”
Read about connections →Skills
Reusable instructions for a particular task. A skill can capture your process, templates, and examples so you don’t explain them from scratch each time.
Try: “Use my proposal process and template for this new client.”

Before we get started
A few practical questions.
Will you set up Claude’s folders, connectors, and skills?
Yes. We connect the files and supported software needed for your workflow, choose relevant plugins, and practice using skills to repeat your preferred process. We test the connections and the result together. The exact tools depend on your account and permissions.
Who is this for?
Independent professionals and small-business owners who want practical help putting AI to work. Bring a task from your business: preparing a proposal, reviewing project materials, drafting a client update, or getting ready for a meeting. You don’t need to know how to code.
What does the $500 setup include?
Setup for one person on one platform, two hours working together by video, the agreed configuration and connections, one tested workflow, hands-on practice, and a record of your setup to keep. We agree on the workflow after booking and before the session.
How does booking work?
Choose a time, pay to confirm your booking, then prepare for the session. We confirm your platform, accounts, and one achievable workflow before the call. If you’re unsure whether your task or subscription fits, ask before paying.
Which subscription do I need?
A qualifying $100-level or higher personal subscription or Premium team seat. This is my service requirement so you have substantial usage available. Software fees are separate. We confirm feature access when preparing for your session; ask me before paying if you’re unsure about your account.
What should I bring?
Your computer, access to your qualifying AI account and approved tools, and a task you want help with. Bring only materials you’re authorized to use. A fictional or redacted example works well for practice.
Will the AI work without my supervision?
You stay responsible for what gets sent, shared, or relied on. We build review steps into the workflow and practice checking the output. A recurring task can be part of the setup where the platform supports it; larger automations are scoped separately.
Can you set up my team?
The standard package covers one person on one platform. Additional people and Enterprise subscriptions need a separate quote. Tell me how your team works and what you want to accomplish.
Make your AI subscription work harder.
Your data. Your software. An AI you know how to put to work.
